AND Gate
The AND gate is one of the seven basic gate types provided by Digital Works.
Placing the Gate
To place the gate object into a circuit workspace, select the gate icon and move the mouse pointer into the active view. Press the left mouse button to fix the device at the required location. To rotate the gate device on the workspace, click on the gate with the object selector tool and then rotate the gate by clicking and dragging the plus sign to the required position.
Number of Inputs
The AND gate by default has 2 inputs, to select a 3 or 4 input gate, right click on the gate and then select the number of inputs required from the Inputs option.
Note
If a gate has wires connected to it, then this functionality is disabled. You should ensure that the correct number of inputs has been selected before making any connections.
